Pretty in Pink

Monday's are better in pink!

I love starting the week with something blush pink. This look combines a girly and simple dress with classic accessories. This dress is EVERYTHING. I'm in love with the color, the crossed back, the simplicity of it. I paired it with some neutral accessories so the dress would be in the spotlight. It definitely deserves it! My all time favorite pair of boots are probably these suede booties. They can be paired with basically everything because they pass as both formal and casual. How great is that?!

We shot this outfit around some beautiful locations at the University of New Mexico. This campus is breathtaking and has some charming spots. It feels like a completely different world... This look is perfect for whatever you have planned for the day. I wore it to feel extra pretty while running errands, and then to lunch with some close friends.

Dressing up is one of my favorite things to do! It's not a burden to get dressed in the morning because I genuinely LOVE doing it. Nothing is better than feeling confident and beautiful no matter what you're doing that day. So why not get dressed up all the time?

My sister and I live by the quote by Oscar Wilde, "You can never be overdressed or overeducated."

These sunnies are absolutely darling... and they make me super sassy. ;)

Love this classic Kate Spade purse. It goes well with everything!

The back of this dress is gorgeous.

Lace, Blush & Bows

Happy Friday!

Today's outfit involves some of my favorite things: lace, blush pink, and bows! I always opt for more of a feminine feel and this look definitely accomplishes that! I love this airy, blush pink blouse not only for the color, but also because it doesn't make me get heat stroke in the Albuquerque sun. Also, when you turn around, (BAM!) there's a bow in the back! These lace-y shorts are super comfortable and make me feel like I'm wearing PJs. I picked up these Tory Burch espadrilles while I was in Vegas last week and I haven't stopped wearing them! They are so comfortable for walking and perfect for summer! I mayyy need another color. ;) I also added my favorite sunnies and go-to handbag to complete the look.

This look was shot at The University of New Mexico Main Campus where I did my undergrad. I had a realization that I won't be going there that often anymore and got a little emotional! The campus is gorgeous and I have nothing but great memories from there. I'm really going to miss it!

I love these turquoise accent doors around campus.

I love this scarf on my Speedy!

Stay Humble

Good morning!

Today's post features one of our favorite locations in town and one of my favorite topics... coffee!

My sister discovered this beautiful coffee shop when it first opened up. It has amazing coffee, delicious baked treats, a lovely ambiance, and so much personality! Obviously we fell in love with it immediately and it's been our regular spot ever since. My favorite thing about Humble Coffee is that it is local. I love Starbucks as much as the next girl, but I'm a strong believer in supporting local businesses... especially when the place is this darling! Plus, I am a plain latte kind of girl and love the taste of just coffee. I feel like these kinds of drinks are the best in small coffee shops.

Okay, so I've been completely obsessed with this dress. It is classy, simple, and can be dressed up or down. It all depends on how you accessorize (which is the fun part!). I decided to complete the look with some edgy black booties and some girly, teal details. I love pairing simple outfits with touches of color and jewelry. It makes the outfit so versatile, and you can always improvise!

See how happy coffee makes me...

How adorable is the back of this dress?!

Staring lovingly...

This marble bracelet is a new favorite. I'm loving this trend!

Recap: Mountain Getaway

Oh, hi there!

Today's post is a recap of my recent trip to a resort and spa in northern NM. Its tucked away in the mountains and houses five natural mineral hot springs that were thought to have various health benefits by Native Americans. I spent the first day with my fiancé soaking in the springs, getting massages, and laying by the pool. My favorite pool was the mud bath, though! It was so much fun as well as good for us. We also booked a private pool complete with a fireplace. It was beautiful!

The next day, we enjoyed a private yoga class and a Milagro wrap. Both of these activities were so mentally clarifying.

The restaurant at the resort was the only place to get food within a 20 mile radius. No joke. Luckily, it was delicious New Mexican food and we enjoyed it a lot! We got dressed up for dinner and had a nice date night. The place looked even more beautiful lit up at night! It was completely quiet and serene.

The entire trip was rejuvenating and just perfect..

Mud bath time! My bikini top is permanently stained pink after this!

Our private pool. So cute!

Florals in the Vineyard

It's Fridayyyy!
I'm looking forward to taking it easy this weekend at home because I've been traveling so much lately. We just got back from Vegas and are already planning a camping trip!

Anyways, I wore this outfit to a vineyard in Northern New Mexico where I did a wine tasting. I complemented a bright and floral skirt with a bright bag and neutrals. I can see this skirt being easily dressed up or down. These wedges are my favorite because they're so comfortable and cute! Also, I put this hat on literally every thing I wear (obsessed). Wine is my favorite beverage so I was extremely excited about doing a tasting and learning about various types of local wines. This specific vineyard was huge and gorgeous! The owner told us that there were 180 species of roses on the grounds. It felt like a dream..

Have you ever been to a Vineyard? Do tell!
